The season begins early in October.  We're located on one of the major Canadian flyways, near Sand Lake Wildlife Refuge.  The ponds and sloughs located on our hunting ground provide habitat for excellent goose and duck hunting.  Deadline for South Dakota Non-Resident Waterfowl Application is late June.

September Canada Goose Hunt begins October 1 thru mid January.  Goose spring season runs from February 1st through May 31st.

Waterfowl licenses need to be purchased in advance.
